On June 8, 2026, the Lucerne Economic Development Agency hosted its annual meeting at Messe Luzern. The focus was on the foundation’s 20th anniversary, the development of Lucerne as a business hub, personnel changes, and a discussion with Prof. Dr. Thomas Zurbuchen. The Modul Hall is designed to accommodate events with approximately 500 to 1,200 people. The goal was to technically stage the annual meeting in such a way that the large space would still feel manageable, sophisticated, and atmospheric even for a smaller audience.
We implemented a comprehensive technical solution that presented the content of the annual meeting in a way that was clearly visible, easily audible, and appropriately atmospheric. The video technology enabled the reliable playback of presentations and films. With sound reinforcement and microphone systems, we ensured that welcome remarks, opening addresses, retrospectives, and the discussion with Prof. Dr. Thomas Zurbuchen were transmitted clearly. The stage and ambient lighting reinforced the official character of the event and helped to effectively structure the space of the Modul Hall. This allowed the Lucerne Economic Development Agency to make the most of the venue while simultaneously creating a fitting setting for discussion, celebration, and networking.
