New general announcements for SBB
Since 2016, we have been ensuring the reliable operation of LED master controllers at the 18 largest stations of Swiss Federal Railways (SBB). On behalf of Daktronics, we provide support, maintenance, and troubleshooting services throughout Switzerland. During the expansion of Lugano station, we were also responsible for the planning, pre-assembly, and installation of the system. This project underscores our expertise in demanding technical installations.

Swiss Federal Railways SBB is the backbone of public transport in Switzerland. They ensure smooth mobility at over a thousand stations every day. Since 2016, auviso has been jointly responsible for ensuring that the digital passenger information on the LED general displays works reliably at the 18 largest stations.
As part of a long-term rollout and service contract with the manufacturer Daktronics, we provide technical support, maintenance and troubleshooting for the LED GA systems throughout Switzerland. We also played a central role in the latest expansion at Lugano station.
From the planning and conception to the structural design and planning of the substructure through to logistics, pre-assembly and final assembly, everything was carried out by auviso. The construction was pre-assembled at our site in Emmenbrücke, transported and then installed on site in Lugano as part of a precisely coordinated night-time operation. Our specialists also configured and fine-tuned the displays.
A project that demonstrates our versatility in the field of technical installations - and further strengthens SBB's trust in our expertise.
