As a proud sponsor of FC Lucerne, we at auviso - audio visual solutions ag were able to realize this important project and carry out both the planning and the implementation.
Technical specifications of the new LED screens
The new LED screens in the Swissporarena were specially developed for demanding outdoor use and meet the highest requirements in terms of image quality, robustness and ease of maintenance:
- Dimensions: 12.5 meters wide and 5 meters high, weighing around 5 tons.
- Resolution: 1,200 x 480 pixels, for clear and sharp images.
- Luminosity: 6,500 nits, for optimum images in daylight or changing conditions.
- Weather protection: IP65 protection class, resistant to rain, dust and temperature fluctuations.
Innovative technologies for maximum effect
The enormous luminosity is particularly impressive, guaranteeing brilliant, high-contrast images even in direct sunlight. Thanks to the optimized contrast technology, distracting reflections are minimized and the content is clearly visible from almost any angle - a real plus for the fan experience.
A well thought-out, modular design also enables maintenance from the front as well as the rear - this saves time and makes servicing much easier.
This modern LED technology has not only created a visual highlight in the Swissporarena, but also a durable and future-proof solution that meets the stadium's high standards.
